A proud alumna of St. Gallen’s MBA and INSEAD's Executive Master in Change, I have worked at the intersection of corporate strategy, finance transformations and human dynamics for over twenty years. This space is now being transformed by AI.
My approach combines the cognitive rigour of structured organizational diagnostics with the psychodynamic depth to understand groups and individuals.
This means I draw on clinically-proven frameworks steeped in systems psychodynamics to provide complementary instruments for understanding how individuals and organisations actually experience change.

My Personal Story
When I began my research at INSEAD, I was searching for my tribe.
I entered with curiosity about AI's impact on accounting, but also with a personal longing to understand where I belonged in a profession undergoing transformation.
Interviewing accountants across the world, I listened to their stories, paying attention to the pauses between words, the metaphors, the images, the silences. What I discovered was not merely a study about technology adoption. It was a deeply personal journey about what it means to be human during times of profound change.
Those who shared their stories with me were not merely interviewees. They were fellow travellers in a maze, navigating endings, sitting with uncertainty, and cautiously reaching toward new beginnings. Their struggles with identity, meaning, and professional value mirror broader human challenges that extend far beyond any single profession.
At the end of that research, I found the tribe I was looking for, not as a community of accountants, but as a community of humans in the Age of Artificial Intelligence
