Life has taken me from Malaysia, to Australia, Hong Kong and Switzerland which is where I now call home with my partner and our two cats. I’ve spent over two decades as a finance professional, starting with audit with PwC, as well as public and corporate accounting. Finance transformation has been the common thread throughout my journey.

Working at the intersection of business, finance and organizational psychology, I blend together approaches to link strategy and culture.

Drawing on proven frameworks from top business schools, I coach individuals and work with teams who are navigating through change.

Some of that change is about AI. Some of it is about a new role, an assignment in a new country or department. Some of it is facing tough questions with no easy answers.
